I believe deeply in the power of genuine human connection. My work is guided by warmth, empathy, and curiosity—I see counselling as a collaborative journey. One where we gently explore what’s happening for you, uncover strengths you may have forgotten, gain self awareness, strengthen emotional literally, and expand your window of tolerance for frustration.
I feel passionately about connecting with my community. I have extensive experience in supporting caregivers, perinatal, migrant, and single-parent populations through my service in birthwork, teaching, facilitating, and counselling. I’ve supported people through, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, and moments of feeling lost or stuck. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help, and so I aim to create a space that feels safe, calm, and free of judgment—a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
My approach is grounded in, person-centred counselling, with influences from somatic therapy, existentialism, cultural and systems orientations. Above all, I listen closely. Every story is unique, and I see my role as helping you find meaning, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of your own voice.
I am a Registered Counsellor (MPCC-Prov) with the CPCA, as well as a, Certified Doula & Perinatal Educator.
